Once I was able to get in to Facebook, the steps were reasonably easy to follow and the legal jargon was understandable for the most part.
Just started using the new interface, will update after more user experience and setting up commerce channel.
So far so good. New to this. I will know soon enough whether or not it is working for me. But looking forward to finding out.

Instagram doesn't work. Fix it for better performance and sales. Myst be fix as soon as. The previous app was great

It was very easy to connect my already existing account. This is my first time digging this deep into social media
An absolute joke of an app! My facebook account was hacked two months ago, which meant my business page on Facebook also disappeared. Facebook has not even bothered to reply to my message regarding this. I therefor had to set up another personal Facebook page and a new business page on Facebook. When I try to connect this app to my new Facebook page, it tells me that someone else owns the the domain. So with Facebook not bothering to reply, I'm stuck without the ability to sell on Facebook. Absolute waste of time!

I enjoy the app but dislike having to get on a desktop or laptop to complete different setup details. prefer to be able to access everything from my iphone. also, i dont like the fact that you have to put in a debit or credit info to even run free ads. other than that, no compalints.

I have used this app to connect my Shopify store to potential buyers on Facebook which has a large base and I appreciate the audience it provides to stores like mine, but there is virtually no human customer service on Facebook and that means that problems like overcharge or wrong invoices cannot be disputed or dealt with, you'll get no response, just silence while you continue to be charged even if it's unfair.
