This is my second store and THE FIRST app I made sure I installed. It's like a one stop shop for everything you need! Wishlist, social proof, rewards, and especially the slick design of the wishlist and reviews! Customer service is ALWAYS so friendly and easy to work with. Tattu and Kayls are VERY responsive and willing to answer your questions quickly and diligently. I actually left Shopify to try a third party vendor and came back because I missed all the features Social Shopwave had to offer.

We switched from another popular review app that we were using for years. Growave offered so many more features and add-ons for less monthly fees it was a no-brainer. Support is so much better as well. Back-end functionality is great. Growave team is responsive to requests for updates and changes. The best thing about Growave is that it replaces a number of other individual apps.

We have been working with the team at Growave now for around 4 months. In that time, when we have had any issues, the team have been right there all the way. At times there have been some delay issues, but I have to say the girls, and it always seems to be the girls, have always kept us up to date with the progress of issues which we have raised. I would be more than happy to recommend the Growave team and their App to anyone who is looking for an all round solution to growing a business.
