Amazing app! It's so great my customers can search my FAQs now. I don't know why someone said it's unattractive. Simple and easy to use. Ran into one problem and support-team fixed it in one day. Great job!
This app was working quite well but now my customers aren't able to get past the Captcha to contact us, which is negatively effecting their experience. I have contacted support twice with no response.
Edit: Support got back to me after a second email and have claimed they have fixed the issue. I did a couple tests and it seems to work again. Updated to 5 stars.
Easy app to use and provides the perfect Help Center/FAQ for our customers. I'm not the most tech savvy person (I cannot code) and I have had no problems managing and manipulating the help center to serve our needs.
Easy to use, and really improved my websites FAQ page. Only wish it worked better on mobile phone and iPad.
