Does what it needs to and is helpful in starting procurement
Well, it's been while I'm using the app and it's pretty cool as it helps me to contact much easier with customers
In overall, it is a good app, with smooth integration on a phone, which is crucial. But I miss one key feature:
The fact that it doesn't integrate with the contact itself, and so that you have the history of the chat in the contact for all to see, is a mystery to me.
I like it, I wish it was in a noticeable position or brighter so I would notice the message to me sooner.
I love it - it just like Gorgias but better and easier to use and free. It's one of my favorite apps

We really like Shopify Inbox. It keeps all the correspondence neat and in one place and able to be referenced at any point.
this apps allows direct communication with the customer at the point they are considering or about to pay for goods. to be able to chat to them directly increases conversion of sales and leaves the customer more satisfied and has a positive result towards the brand
works great ... I would like to learn more about it and find a way to do a pop-up notice to more easily respond. In my opinion, there should be a pop-up window option on a desktop/laptop or at a minimum a popup window/notification bubble or something on the dashboard to indicate a new message and allow for a more timely possibly live customer interaction.
