We needed a simple chat plugin that was easy to onboard and Shopify Inbox met those needs perfectly. It was easy to onboard and customize and it being a free app for us to try live chat with was also a big selling feature. We do miss the integration with messenger though!
Helpful to get instant access to customers via the phone app if I am away from my desk. Helps close sales more quickly. A+

The app has come a long way. Search is new which is good. Just the labels or tags would be great.
