Never had any issues with this app at all. Does exactly what it is supposed to, and is easy to use. I haven't had any complaints from customers trying to chat either.

I used this app several times to communicate with customers. It is very helpful and user friendly. The only thing that is irritating is that I constantly receive spam messages from advertisers which I must delete to keep my inbox from filling up with unwanted spam.

I'm happy to report that the latest version of the app now allows merchants to block users from contacting you, so you can use this function to block any spam messages you receive moving forward.
