This app was great until the rules were changed. I can no longer reply to customers on the app--I have to go to email. That significantly changes the effectiveness of this app. Prior to the change I was able to close 5 sales.

Hey, there. Thank you for taking the time and writing this review. Due to the A2P 10DLC Compliance (https://bit.ly/3aUjNMb), there were some changes made to how messages are sent. However, if the customer is present on your Online store, you can respond directly via the chat window.

I had no issues with the app. I ditched facebook chat for this one on all my websites and I have absolutely no regrets!

It was so easy to install and straight forward function. I haven't used it long enough but so far so good.

My only barrier is trying to chat instantly. I noted a message days after the fact. Don't want to frustrate customers a text alert would be great way to keep you updated. It would allow you to click and respond on the app.

Chatting instantly can be a challenge sometimes, especially when you're trying to make sure both you and customer are available. Thankfully, when using a mobile device, and even on desktop, you can enable push notifications so you can be alerted whenever a customer chats in via Inbox. I think this app has worked well for me on my website. I would like it if I got a text notification to my cell phone number when I had a customer message ( there may already be this option and I just haven't found it yet) Otherwise, works good for me
