We use this and merge it with facebook and this is the hub for customer queries for us. Love it, and use it everyday. The only negatives are the timings on the automated messages as they seem to go out at random times, even though we have it set.

Die Anfragen über die Shopify Inbox sind hochwertig. Wenn man schnell auf die Anfragen reagiert, zum Beispiel von einem Mobilgerät, da kann man Verkäufe generieren, da der Interessent noch auf der Webseite ist. Dieser Service wird von den Interessenten sehr gut angenommen.

Super toch deze conversatie met de klanten. Alleen jammer dat de inbox niet meer links in het menu staat, maar ik dat in moet toetsen in de zoekbalk. Voor de rest top.
