I use this app to keep up with customer requests for account and delivery information. I like that I can schedule away and online status. I also like the interaction with Shopify for customer information. I have a small business, a "one man show", so having an easy way to talk to customers without having to pick up the phone a huge plus.
great way of customers being able to ask questions immediately without having to search for an email address and I think has converted browsers to buyers
I find "Shopify Inbox" an easy app to use. It's a great way for (potential) customers to get in touch and ask questions about your products or services.

As soon as I added this app, my conversion have improved significantly. Comparing to the previous chat bot I used that was connected to facebook and had an extra step of logging in as a guest or not, this is a breeze for a website visitor to engage, and wonderful on my end to get right into the conversation with the client if they need assistance right on spot.
