I love this app, but now it's not showing in my store. I need some help, please. I sent a few emails asking for support but no reply yet from support.

I like at if a customer has a question about a specific book and they have it in their cart, I can easily know what they are asking about.

works really well, pop ups on your phone, can tag items for customers so see, and i love how you can customise your auto answers
Works very well for instant messages. If we are not online, we receive the message and customer data on the inbox app or Shopify, and we can reply later. The only "bad" is I cannot personalize the chat button text, which is not right for my brand voice. But I love it.
