Good app, works very well. I would like to see the ability to capture a customers Name/Email/Question like all the other major live chat applications.

I am happy this integrates with Apple Business Chat. Although I will not be enabling this until there is further developments with Apple Business Chat.

Usei poucas vezes para conversas com clientes, mas o aplicativo tem atendido até o momento as minhas necessidades.

1. 建议可以打标，比如不同颜色，对于有些客户信息，可以根据打标来进行先后处理。
2. 可以有文件夹，比如关于退货相关询问，可以转移到退货文件夹，关于操作，可以转移到操作的文件夹；

Easy to contact customers. It's worth it. Probably one of the best apps to use for Shopify as this can be connected to social media too.

This app was great until the rules were changed. I can no longer reply to customers on the app--I have to go to email. That significantly changes the effectiveness of this app. Prior to the change I was able to close 5 sales.
