缺点:界面色彩单一,太枯燥了,没有表情,不能搜索对话或者归类,自定义标签,建议像facebook messager学习,
其他功能很好,非常好用,而且与shopify商城结合紧密,可以看到客户的加购等动作,希望以后不要收费,谢谢
