Cumple con su función, la conexion con los canales sociales es excelente y las herramientas para contestar son las esenciales. Echamos en falta que sea más como un CRM con un funnel, poder agregar las redes sociales dentro de un contacto, estadísticas de los agentes y conexión con las compras de los clientes desde redes sociales.
I get a lot more conversions and it is easy to navigate. My assistant can also easily navigate and help reply to messages.
instagram request messages dont show images, which is a hassle. otherwise its pretty useful to have all messages in one platform

This is a game-changer for our small D2C business. We used to get a ton of emails to the support & info addresses and spent too much time crafting responses to each inquiry. With the chat feature we're able to quickly respond to customer questions in an informal manner and it's been awesome for us. Definitely seeing more conversions and happier customers.
