Great app I enjoy using the Shopify box, gives me messages all in one place instantly. Integrated with other apps such as meta facebook.
Kind of a great app. It just lacks customization to make it more branded, and also the customization to hide it on some website pages. Would be great for messages coming from IG if we could see their profile picture and a quick link to access they profile, so we don't confuse different users.

It's easy to use and integrates FB's consultation. Nice and great! It would be better if it could support video uploading.

Very easy to setup, some very good features like direct links to product pages... and being able to provide discount codes online. We have only been using the app for a few days, but can definitely see the potential.

In terms of being notified when a customer is visiting the site, this is not a current feature but I will be sure to pass your suggestion onto our development. One thing you can do with Inbox is see which page the customer was viewing when they first message you, which appears at the top of the conversation window. -Victor, Shopify Support
