The app is simple and hasslefree. It seems to work extremely well and doesn't really have any shortcomings. We are looking at some form of integration with an AI system but it's early days yet but clearly we can see the potential is there although we assume that shop I will probably probably enhance its capabilities in this area over time. It certainly simple for the staff to use as it currently is to discuss issues with customers and also to upload attachments and instruction sheets.

Not being able to hit return whilst replying is a real issue. So painful!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We just wanted to share that you should be able to change this setting in the app. Under Settings > Message preferences we have an option to make it so that hitting Return will create a new line rather than send the message. Been using the Shopify inbox for more than a year and really appreciate the spam message detection feature. It's very convenient with a user-friendly interface. Highly recommend to install the app on mobile so you can respond faster to inquiries.
