We were previously using a different rewards app, but LoyaltyLion offers a few features that we needed in order to make the most of our rewards program - such as a special hidden tier that could be based on customer tags for our B2B account users. They also provide better analytics and insights than other programs we looked at. The sales and onboarding process were lovely - the teammates we dealt with have all been an absolute delight. Prompt, friendly, helpful, and not at all annoying or overly salesy. They were able to answer all my questions and help guide us to making better decisions about our new & improved program that I'm very grateful for. When I have needed continued customer service support, they have been prompt and thorough which I have come to discover is quite rare. All in all, I'm so pleased that we are getting the level of service I would expect from the price tag, which in my opinion has been well worth it thus far! Kudos to the LL team.
The support team is usually quite helpful and responsive (within one business day, sometimes quicker). Only downside is that some great functionality like tiered point rewards and public-facing (without singup requirement) point structure are not suppoered in lower-tier version (e.g. we're using small business plan).

We paid a premium for their best plan and highest level of implementation help. Unfortunately the program is still not working and the message I just got from customer service was: "we are UK based and it is now Friday evening, therefore the developers will not be able to do this until after the weekend."
I do wish that I could cancel the plan and get my money back. Unfortunately I was foolish enough to pay for a year upfront.
The tragedy is that the platform really does show some promise--the failure is mostly with the support staff and how they deal with issues, and the lack of support outside of UK business hours.

We used this app for about over a year, they have basic reward features with old technology and limited features. This is NOT the best reward program within the Shopify app store. Their tech is really lagging and its really old school and a bit basic. I also did not like support either, they try to tell you what to do. Not a good experience and I have switched to a much better program for our stores rewards that is more modern and has a better system.

There was a bug in the system that meant that discount codes were not auto-populating on customer profiles. Hannah Cook, with the assistance of the Technical Team, sorted the issue for us quickly and efficiently.
