Love this app. Real time views of shoppers visiting and page views. I would definitely recommend.
Short version: Wow! Best tool EVER! Gain huge insight into your site and your customers.
Long version: I don't know where to start, so I will run through the top menu bar.
Dashboard - awesome. Tremendous overview of site activity, over time and in real time.
Live Visitors - watch and learn and engage. I've caught numerous issues with our site just by keeping an eye on visitors. Love how time on page is there and you see when activity falls off. Even better, when I see a repeat visitor, I can watch and ask to chat I want.
Recordings - amazing. Playback what happens on your site when you are not watching. See what people do on each page.
Chat - that blinking light grabs attention. We get WAY more chats now - better customer service. Worth it for Chat alone except you get all of this other great info.
Heat Maps - very informative. We've made changes to our product page and now more people are seeing the extra photos we went to great expense to get. Never knew!
Polls - so simple, so helpful. The results are now guiding our product development. We found a huge percentage of our customers want smaller and taller product but with the same capacity.
UPDATE: new and improved polling feature now lets you ask multi-question polls. Very slick!
Form Analytics - have not used yet.
Support is quick and helpful so you can get the most out of the app.
I use this app to help me learn how clients use my website and to see if there are navigation problems. In less than a month I was able to identify and correct problems I saw people having moving around on my new website. Highly recommend. Makes having a website so much more fun, too! Amazing app and worth every $ imagine you can see LIVE your user browsing your store and monitor every action they do .... this will help a lot to adjust and do changes on your website and evaluate the user experience LIVE or RECORDED ....
Recorded means you can check all video recordings for all userss from any place on earth who visited your store and you can even search and sort videos from each country or by time they spend online.
Last but not least ..... even yyou can see if the customer has viewed a product or add to cart or even purchase .... wow we love this app.
We use this app on a multiple stores and it iss a MUST for startups or even advanced Shopify stores ...
But be careful it is so addictive more than any other app .... you wake up to check the customer's behavior and sleep while monitoring them .... so addictive ... in a good way of course ...

I have been using this app since 2015 on my first website, My Wedding Decor. In 2018 I merged that with My Event Decor. Three weeks ago I launched My House Decor. We had some bugs getting the second site to work at all, and then simultaneously and once it did, there was a short period when My Event Decor's Lucky Orange app was cancelled. I was very frustrated but Bradley came to the rescue, reinstalled it and actually made my life so much easier allowing me to toggle between the two sites on one dashboard. They really do care about your business and there really isn't anything out there that offers live customer tracking so you can see what page/s customers are on which makes live chat so much easier as you can anticipate their questions and make instant sales. I also like seeing, in real time, what pages newsletter subscribers click on. Lastly, seeing what sources customers come from - facebook, Bing, Pinterest, Google Shopping - and their locations, has proved invaluable as well. I'd definitely recommend Lucky Orange.
