Karol was excellent tonight! Fixed a account - import issue very quickly. This is a great reliable app.
Sherwin really knows what he is doing, he solved my problems and did it in record time. He really came through for my company. Will definitely be messaging them if i run into any more problems, hopefully i get Sherwin again cuz that was awesome.

Rom was very helpful. I wanted to check if my data is deleted from shopify app so i can start a fresh. Rom helped me quickly, efficiently without any waiting time. He answered all my question and send me detailed explanations with screenshot. He also provided me with a guide to go through in future in regard to shopify integration with quickbooks. Super helpful with their support Karol, take about 10 mins to resolve the sync issue regarding to the create new product from Shopify and sync it to quickbooks.
My most recent interaction was with Karol which was awesome, love dealing the everyone, anytime I have a question they have yet to disappoint they answer right away and help out every time, unlike Shiopify which tells you thank you for the feedback we will send it to our developers.
Thanks for Rom sorting sync issue, love this App there are only two things that can improve:
1. Often Sales do not sync to Quickbooks from Shopify because "someone was editing in Quickbooks" as reason
2. Sometimes if there was a change in SKU code after linking, you can not sync but I just contact customer support and they resolve.
Will be good to have the option to re-link products myself this way I can do this on a monthly basis.
