I had a great customer service call with Shubham. I had been using the app for a year but not to it's full potential so I highly recommend doing a call with their call center. He taught me how to automate more processes to save my warehouse's team time and efficiencies. Also how to set up more parameters around what products can be returned or exchanged. And introduced me to this new system that offers customers discounts to deter returns and change them to exchanges. It was a very productive call and Shubham was very helpful.

I installed the app and started chatting with customer service via chat. they noticed I had just signed up and reviewed my dashboard. Claire did a deep dive to make sure all items on a new account were set up and was extremely attentive and responsive when I asked many questions to make sure I understood the app. She was really helpful honestly and explained things succintly. I am really happy with the level of support and it makes me feel confident in using this app moving forward.
