no need to look for other apps, I did that research for you my friends and this one is the real deal! after installing and testing 5+ return/exchange apps, this one remains the PRIME!, they understand how to benefit the seller as much as they facilitate it for the customer. No other apps cleverly upsell and try directing the customer for an exchange instead of a refund like this one does! these people are geniuses of not leaving any money on the table and I'm all in for it!

Claire did a deep dive to make sure all items on a new account were set up and was extremely attentive and responsive when I asked many questions to make sure I understood the app. She was really helpful honestly and explained things succintly. I am really happy with the level of support and it makes me feel confident in using this app moving forward.
