This is an awesome app. I reached out to customer service and within seconds my request was handled. I appreciate the deep customization available within the app and how it fits right within shopify and my brand.

So far so good, fixes a gaping hole in Shopify where there should be return/exchange protocol. Seems to work flawlessly so far!

Awesome and fast customer service! I haven't used the app yet, but it's been pretty easy to set up and any issue I had was quickly resolved with the chat.
The app is not marking the actual orders as returned or being in process for return, and that causing a lot of problems for accounting and customer service!
The support is not working on the weekends and they need a very long time to fix anything!
