An excellent product, with timely support

a great tool with a great tech support. Will be recommending to every one that's building sites on Shopify. I would love to see them grow exponentially so we may see better features in the future. Thanks again!

Before I found Shogun I get stuck in the infinite loop of working with freelance designers and developers to create landing pages and I lost a lot of time and money and didnt really achieve much. I got bogged down going back and forward trying to explain what I was looking for.

In one afternoon I was able to build a page in Shogun that had taken over a month to develop with freelancers and at a fraction of the cost.

I love that I am able to create all my funnels natively in Shopify so my analytics are easy to track (unlike other alternatives) and the pricing is also reasonable (unlike other native Shopify solutions). Customer service is also top notch - Thanks Nick.

What is there not to love.

For so long I was apprehensive about hosting my e-com shop on Shopify, as I loved the ability that Squarespace offers to create custom pages without having an extensive knowledge of coding. This was all until I discovered the ShoGun app! This App is instrumental to my business as I can create unique pages and they offer the best customer service! You can easily customize pages by dragging and dropping. If you have any questions, the customer service teams responds in a timely manner!

I highly recommend this app.!

The app is very buggy. The support staff answers quickly but its always a work around and not a clear solution. Fine if you have to use it (i.e. cannot code) but be prepared to redo everything a few times to get it right.

Great support and a great product. Shogun really goes above and beyond and they are constantly adding new feature sets to the app.

edit: I've changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. I still have occasional issues with this app regarding formatting or things not being as expected. But they do have pretty quick responses from customer service (maybe an hour on average) and this has made my website look much better without needing the help of a professional designer. But don't try to make any last-minute changes or update your home page right before a big traffic event, because if you have a design error it can be very frustrating and there's no one to call/chat for immediate help on the basic plan.

I've had nothing but problems with this app. It's easy to use but the functionality glitches often. My live pages look nothing like the design because of errors. The support team is nice but they don't have live help, you have to wait for an email. Wish I could just talk to a human. I have to keep the app installed until I finish my project but I can't wait to delete this. When it works successfully, it's a great tool but I am pretty frustrated quite often with this app.

The support is good! The app does a lot of what I need it to. I wish there were more integrations and that the existing integrations worked more seamlessly. It would also be helpful if they linked to instructions from the integration setup section or in the editor so that if there are specific steps that must be followed, it's easy to access that.
