Ok, wait. I'm TRYING to use this but it doesn't look like I can import my mailchimp email list?? And then, I have to send in SEGMENTS? Is this only for people who have > 1,000 subscribers? Super frustrating!!

Hey, there! Thanks for leaving a review. You can import your Mailchimp contact lists by following the steps here: https://bit.ly/3EznW7z, which will include whether or not they've opted in for email marketing. Additionally, you can absolutely use the app with over 1000 subscribers, but when emailing lists largest than this the system will send emails in batches to avoid the system being flagged as spam by your customers' email services. Shopify has some work to do with this app.... Not that impressed at all. Apart from not being able to mail more than 1000 mails in one go, it lacks many other basic features. Brush up on this already. Very frustrating that we have to send in segments... WE WANT TO MAIL ENTIRE LISTS!! Dont you guys want to make extra cash when we go over the available Free quota? You limiting us from reaching our databases and reducing our sales conversions. Ridiculous.

It is really basic. Does not offer proper statis. Does not allow to remail to unopened and very few templates.

It's a pretty good app. Although it doesn't have extremely good customization options, it's still decent enough to build really good email campaigns at a fantastic price. We love using this app for email automations and have never ran into issues. Also, now you can upload high-quality imagery without the image becoming blurry which is a huge plus. 10/10

We must be able to add/create/use our custom HTML email template or we must be able to use our Shopify Notification based email templates.

I hope, an update will come soon about this.

i love it as it take about 5 minutes to put an email together because of the templates! 15 minutes if you want to change a lot of information butt for my business the templates on this app are good enough. 5Stars for sure

DO NOT INSTALL if you have multilingual site. After installing you will lose abandoned cart email you had before installation. This app shouldn't be able to be installed on multilingual setups. Is there even a way to get my previous multilingual automation emails back?

Hi, there. Thank you for leaving a review for Shopify Email. I'm sorry to hear about this situation you've experienced. When setting up email automatics within Shopify Email, enabling the automation for abandoned carts will override the email notification that would have been created in 'settings > notifications'. There is a prompt mentioning this before agreeing to set up the automation. The email template available to you once opted into the Shopify Email automation can be edited, but will only be sent in the language in which you write the email's content. I recommend that you reach out to our Live Team (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) so they can look into reverting back to your previous notification set up so you can use the emails that you were previously. -Imogen, Shopify Support

Buena para emails sencillos, bastante bien integrado con shopify. Una gran decepción es que los mails no sean traducibles con la app de shopify Translate&Adapt.
