Only two users over the past 6 months that posted a question. Yet we have many orders. I'm wondering about the need. While it may have benefits of SEO and FAQ stuff, it needs enough questions and answers to make that happen.
Seems to work well, and the team made some customisations at no extra cost, which for such a cheap app is impressive.
The app is amazing, it fit our theme perfectly and the support helped to solve my questions. Thank you, Milan for your patience and help at all times.
It was easy to install and I had almost everything working perfectly. Then when I couldn't get the last bit right, Milan was really kind, patient and super quick to help solve the issue. Thank you so much for your app & great support.
This app is super easy to use. Customers can ask questions right on your product page. You will get an email and then you can answer them in the back end. The question and answer is then published where it will help other customers that may have the same question. The customer support has been great. They helped me install the app.
Never realised the need for this app. We now get great insights from the questions asked by site visitors. I strongly recommend this app for any site that has speciality products.
During installation of the app and adapting it to our site, the support expert Milan Manvar, was incredibly patient and helpful in making sure that everything went smoothly.
You need to hire a person to upload question and answer ONE by ONE.
This is so old school.
There is no uploading questions via Excel feature. Contacting support. Let's see there response to this legitimate basic requirement.

I liked your approach of leaving a one-star review to grab the attention of the app developer.
I am sorry, but we have no-where in the description included that there is such a feature in the app.
I wish you had read the app description properly before wasting your time in the installation of the app.

Really like this app so far. Had one minor support issue with the installation, but they responded quickly and fixed it. Very useful app that is affordable. I will almost certainly be upgrading to a paid plan after I finish a couple weeks testing. We're averaging a couple questions a day in our small store AlarmSystemStore.com
I haven't had anyone use the app yet but it seems good. The support team behind it is really good though. I couldn't figure out where to put the code in order for the buttons and question window to be where i want them, and the support team went through and did it for me. Now it looks great on my store pages.
