Best support ever! The app is pretty intuitive and easy to set up, but I began to write down some questions along the way more so about how the rewards program works in conjunction with your own discounts. I sent quite a list on the chat, and Lisa really went the distance and answered ALL of my questions and then some! Very happy and excited to get these rewards to my customers! Thank you!

The app is easy to navigate, you can tailor it to best suit your website, but some portion you won't be able to which is fine with me. But with their customer service is quick and helpful. Shelby has help me navigate and find out why my customer wasn't getting her point and I was able to adjust it and explain to my customer the reason why. I would recommend for others who want to start on loyalty ...
