I think too little is offered in the free plan because it is not worth paying for the plans if it is difficult to get persons to sign up. Customization of rewards still has its limits.

Additionally, Smile can only be as successful as your store. So ensuring you have a healthy customer presence before enabling your loyalty program will is important to gain traction.

love this app, great tool for making customers stay loyal to the brand. had a small issue with my discount codes but maggie was quick to help me resolve it, i didnt even have to do anything. she just fixed it. kudos!!!

Very cool app. By far the best quality when it comes to Loyalty rewards program. However I have to mark it down for not having a manual translation option available when there is only 5 default languages to choose from.
Thank you for sharing your open and honest feedback. We rolled out the translations feature relatively recently (right at the end of 2020), and so we're being careful to ensure everything is stable before considering how to grow it further.
I'm keen to learn what language support you're looking for, so I'll reach out with a follow-up message soon.

Brilliant platform and excellent service. We're just learning the ropes as a store, setting up our referral programme, but this process has been helped along inordinately by Joana at the smile team.
