It's really easy to set up and basically the free version is good enough to kickstart for a small store. The support is super, I had an issue with points history and Jade was able to provide the exact solution needed. Thank you for being there!

Awesome app, loving it so far! Support team is really really awesome and super friendly! Some days ago I was far from a computer and I needed help to upload some discount coupons into the system. **UPDATE**
6 stars - I botched up a copy paste of some code and broke the app - and probably some other things on my store. Sent out an email blast letting everyone know about our cool new rewards program. And the emails started coming in that they couldn't see it. Smooooth.
I emailed Mike, let him know what was going on and a few minutes later he spotted the problem. I fixed it and everything was great again. Top notch support and truly appreciated!
So far so good. The potential to reward customer loyalty is exciting to try. Looks like a great app.
