The free tier has been great to get us going, but the prices jump steeply if you wish to upgrade features. The features we need are in the $199 a month tier, which is quite steep for what we are. Our customers are saying they never knew we had a loyalty program, we wish it was a little more obvious than a star at the bottom of our homepage. Hunting around for a similar program with more small business friendly pricing. (Not every business is a startup with crazy amounts of capital trying to scale up in ridiculous amounts of time )

Fantastic little app, great way to keep your customers engaged. Still have a little tweaking to do at our end so it works best for us but its a great start and will enjoy using the features - Thumbs Up!
Smile.io is a great platform - easy to use, easy to set with a wide range of graphic and reward/referral options. We implemented it into our shop easily, and it started generating some buzz immediately.
Also, customer support is great and responsive, so +1 for that (cheers for Maggie!).

Does not work with Paypal: if you place an order with Paypal, the user doesn not receive any points. And it's not specified anywhere that it doesn't work with Paypal...
