Really nice and user friendly app, also recommends a program based on my store. Maggie from the live chat customer support was very helpful, still need to check how this will work with my customers. It would have been perfect if the text in the launcher can be edited in the free plan though.

Great Program. It has been a little difficult for me/my customers and have had some complaints, but overall it is a great program. I do wish there was a phone number to speak with someone directly, rather than having to go back and forth on email.
Set up was easy. The app is very user friendly. Now, all we need is to get some customers to join our loyalty program. Fingers crossed.

Super easy to set up and syncs really well! Do wish we could add more of our own REWARD points in the free version. Happy so far!
So far so good....easy to set up the basic plan. I will give another review once the shop is up and running. I am on the fence with 4 or 5 stars because of the branding logo on the rewards program....I think they should offer lower tier option for a few bucks that would get rid of their branding on the system....
So far, so good... easy set-up and started working effectively the first day.
I wish there were a little more functionality with free accounts or a mid range priced account. I am a small one person business that distributes for another company so the pricing jump is a little intense for me. It would cost more than my shopify account to upgrade monthly. At the end of the day, the service has been easy to use! I am a new user and am happy so far! I did notice that I got rewarded for points without clicking the "share" link and also I wish there were a few other custom point entries bu all in all its good!
Really like this app! Only thing for me: I'm from Europe, so sadly my language isn't available. I installed the English version and I think my customers will understand.

Started using this when it first came out. It worked very well. But then without warning, the "free" features all became payable without prior warning.And it's not clear on the site what is under the free ways to reward. If something this drastic needs to happen for commercial reasons, there should be a way to "grandfather" existing clients or a proper communication protocol.
Updated: The team managed to resolve this glitch and reinstate what we originally signed up for. Great follow up!
