We have been using smile for about 6 years now - we have considered others in the past, but we feel confident is the best in the biz. The major plus for us is their commitment to continuing to develop and troubleshoot features in customer support to ensure things are working properly. They are very responsive, which makes us confident that things are going the right direction!

Fantastic little app, great way to keep your customers engaged. Still have a little tweaking to do at our end so it works best for us but its a great start and will enjoy using the features - Thumbs Up!

What more is there to say? I love this app. Does everything I need and does it perfectly with minimal effort on my part! I believe for the quality and functionality of their apps in general you can't go wrong with at least trying it out for a test run instead of an instant commitment. Not too mention - their customer service is top notch! I love working with Smile.io - they help make me a better merchant!

Its barely good enough considering it is free. There are issues with finding customers. The search is difficult and will only find exact, full matches. You cant just search by a first or last name. you have to have both.

The price offerings go from free to $50 to $200 a month. Which they need a lower cost option with features I could actually use. most of the feature even at the premium package just aren't useful.
