I had an issue with the app at first, being that we wanted to do something unique with it. I contacted support and Janelle did everything she could to help us! Not only did she fix our problem, but she gave us the ability to go way beyond what we had first intended to do!

The app is great but unfortunately many of the app sections and email notifications are not customizable and my store is in spanish so I can't use it for my business. That was a big disappointment because I like all the features from the program. The day they allow you to customize a bit more I will turn my review into a 5 star one.

this app is more than perfect. very easy to use and customize. looks very neat with customer experience.

I had a small issue with uploading my customers previous points from my last rewards app. I hit Chat and Nicole helped me quickly figure out the problem. She told me exactly what to do to fix the problem and it worked. I successfully uploaded all my customers previously earned points, and I'm excited to set up the rest and see what Smile has to offer. It's great to know there's expert (human) help when you need it. Great so far!
