This one is the best app to get live chat and bot together, plus you can have an app to have more control.

So far it's worked great for us! We even switched over our other website to Tidio because we're able to manage everything in one place. Love it! Their support team is second to none. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone should have a chat function on their ecommerce platform. This makes it even better by providing an app for use on Apple or Android products in addition to your desktop. Being able to provide instant support to my clients within the schedule I have set is more than worth the cost.
