Installed the app today and can not wait to use it. Looks great and installation was a breeze.Like the android app for when I am not at my computer. Will report back in couple off days.

We are very impressed with the support staff at Tidio. Sorted our little system gremlins out in a matter of minutes. Fantastic job and a great application. Thank you.

Perfect! Support is obviously immiadiate, considerate and very understanding, I mean that's their selling point so no wonder but still very impressive. The UI is simple and straght to the point. Integration with shopify is seemless and it works great out of the box!

The support team has been very responsive and helpful at helping me solve my technical issues. This app is also very easy to use and is very valuable to have on your store so that customers can ask questions instantly.

im writing this review about tidio's customer service. the tidio customer service is really awesome and helpful. I was having trouble logging into my tidio account and they really helped me sort it out in minutes. Martin from the support team helped me on live chat. thanks Martin. and thanks to Arek also
