Zakeke ‑ Customizer 2D 3D

I had access to this app for 6 months and paid their awful support team to install and set up the 3D modelling system, which cost approx £1.8k in total. The setup never got completed to a standard expected at the start of the project. I have near enough 80 emails trying to sort out this mess with their support. Constant problems and painfully slow to get resolved. Never mind the fact the platform is unstable at best so good luck if any issues arise on Friday night. You wont be selling for a good few days. A waste of 6 months. Don't bother with these guys unless you like a headache.

Great app with extensive features. Integration into shopify is quick and easy. Customizable products can be created from existing shopify products, so the plugin can handle variant products and stock levels. It has many options to build pricing structures e.g. based on print type, print size, quantity and more. The front end is designed well and doesn't feel like an external tool at all.

We've tested several customization plugins, and this one finally has all the features we need. Plus, customer service has been really helpful with a few details we were missing.

The app is working properly. I just had an issue and Nicola fixed it in less than 20 mins from my request (today is BLACK FRIDAY).

Ok, I am dealing with this from months. I just casually played with the customizer as a user (front end) and I just discover it's not working again. I have a plus subscription, I bought the "remove background" add-on.
I based some campaign on the fact that this tool was running and working, but, again, it's stuck.

I cannot test it every day and maybe I am just really unlucky, but so far I cannot say it's a fully trustable app, above all if you want to invest money to promote this "web customization" service on your website.

The app it's very cool, the design is the best, but I experienced too many issues here and there.

The support it's always ready to help, but "front end" issues are too hard to catch for me, I appreciate the support when there is a back-end issue, but I am really disappointed about the fact that I discover only casually front end major issues. They never send an email or an alert when something is not working for front end users. I think this is unacceptable.

I hope it will be more stable and consistent in time with its basic performances.

Zakeke is simply the best app there is for product costumising. It simply works . I have downloaded other apps that was so difficult to configure and they were bugging at random times. However zakeke just get the job done which is what you need if you want to make money through your store

I have tried many of the interactive product designers in Shopify for personalizing our prints. They all fell short in some way. Zakeke has been relatively smooth to use but what really sets them apart is their customer service. Each time I have run into something they respond ASAP. When there have been features that they aren't currently offering, they have worked them into their timeline and kept me notified about when to expect them. Looking forward to rolling it out site wide.

Zakeke is a great app for any 3D customizable product. What's even better is that their customer service rep's are extremely knowledgable, responsive, and friendly. Their business development representative worked with me to identify my successes and concerns with Zakeke before connecting me with their 3D team. They personally adjusted my flawed 3D model and sent it back to me to ensure that it worked seamlessly across their platform.
