I use ActiveCampaign to maintain and grow my Shopify store's list of customers and fans. The flexibility and customisation options available are amazing. We tag our contacts based on actions they take in our automations. We created these automations to do all sorts of things. As we didn't have the time to create these ourselves, we hired a firm from the AC accredited professionals, which was an excellent solution. These automations are evergreen so it was a very good investment to have then created for us. Because of the loss of tracking forced by Apple with their iOS 14,5 update onto Facebook ads, we now use AC to see what actions our contacts have taken. To add to this, we've also created ad-hoc campaigns to email our lists, base don the segments they're in. To sum it all up, AC is a fantastic solution for us to manage our contacts such as customers and to stay in touch with them in any way you can think of.

Great app to automate my email marketing I use Active campaign all the time to automate my emails. They have really good reporting and their support team is exceptional. I wish it was a little bit more flexible on the graphic design options when designing a completely custom email from scratch. The abandoned cart is powerful and the competitive advantage I see on active campaign over others is that they give you a lot of support calls so you become skilled at using the software.

ActiveCampaign is perfect for us. Our sales team uses it to track, validate, and work with leads. We owe a large chunk of our yearly revenue to the ease of automations and pipelines that ActiveCampaign provides. We also use ActiveCampaign for our email marketing- we've found it to have all the features we need, at a price that's perfect for us.

We've been using Active Campaign for AgelessLX over 5 years and it just keeps getting better and better. AC has the highest deliverability rates of any ESP, easy/intuitive automation builds, forms, landing pages and seamless integration with our shopify store. While we're often switching out other technologies in our stack, it's comforting to know that we're solid with Active Campaign and have no intention of ever getting off this robust and evolving platform. I’ve been using Active Campaign for a year. It's been a flawless integration with Shopify. The automations are great for welcome emails, pop ups and getting new customers to my Shopify store. I have not had any trouble with orders. Active Campaign helped me set up my account and move customers over without a hitch too . . . and they even designed an email template for free. I definitely recommend using Active Campaign
