Shocking app, very poor from Shopify considering the high monthly fees we pay. Does not allow you to add branding to the email that sends the download, so it looks like spam and builds a distrust with your customers

Absolutely dreadful, do not use. It has been generating all kinds of bogus emails to my customers. Very embarrassing.
It just doesn't work. I'm lucky a customer messaged me personally to let me know they weren't receiving their downloads because the app automatically archives orders and claims to have delivered the digital product, even when it hasn't.

Works fine for me. After they pay it provides the Download LINK on the thank you page. It is just not sending an email with the download links. So its still functional.
I have problems with this app! Customers do not receive download links
The good point is it's using Shopify domain to send emails, which has a good reputation and avoid your download emails to end in the junk.
The other good thing is the fact that your files are hosted on the Shopify server and you have a use limitation per download (5gb).
On the other end, the app needs some necessary improvement : a file manager to avoid duplicates, fix the download on purchase page...

This plugin only supports a single file upload, which is quite limiting and not clearly mentioned in the file management area. Although it seems to allow multiple file uploads initially, attempting to save results in a vague error message without any clear indication of the issue. This can be frustrating and time-consuming, especially when you need to manage multiple files. I hope the developers address this limitation and improve the error messaging for a better user experience.
