This app helps me a lot in contacting my customer instantly. It's good that the customer do not need to be redirected to a login page but easy in operation

This is a great app, and it does exactly what it says and then some. It has been the best chat option for me, so far. I have used this app for the better part of a year.

This app helps communicate with your customer in real time. It already won me an order and in the same time helped me to discover a wrong setting with a discount which the customer signaled it and then made the order after the problem was fixed.
It’s a must have.
I also appreciate that they don’t place their logo under the “Chat with us” button, as other similar apps do.

Pretty Good App, been using it for some time, and it's worth keeping. It's easy to set up and gain more customer service. Sometimes it has some minor issues but it should be no problem. Been happy with this app so far.
