I have to say Facebook & Instagram has been very user friendly and has really helped me get my business off the ground. Keep up the goodwork! I hope they continue to keep it user friendly and maybe integrate some easier ways to advertise. Overall a great experience!

it was not clear that i needed to connect BOTH instagram and facebook pages to shopify in order to make paypal available as a method of payment.

I cannot get any kind of support from anyone to help me with the problem that my Facebook & Instagram Social Links on Shopify keep going to the "Manage Page" where customers can access all of my Facebook/Instagram settings etc. I have read all of the so called "advice" leads on how to stop this from happening, but it just doesn't work for me. I need to speak to an advisor at Facebook, not be offered endless confusing automated replies.
Can someone at Facebook please help me with this? (P.S. By 'help' I don't mean send me even more confusing links, I need to speak to an actual advisor!)

BEWARE - Horrible service. They have provided no solution or resolution to a setup issue reported on Sept 17; it is now Oct 17. Every time I follow up with them, I receive a generic response. I've specifically asked for ETAs, insight, and visibility into the issue on multiple occasions over the last four weeks so that I can have some sort of timeline on when the problem will be resolved, and they have provided zero concrete answers. This is the takeaway I want you to know: I have not been able to set up a shop with this channel in 4 weeks. Don't waste your time here.

Before it was a great app, but now it is not. Not support anything but only sync of product catalog to facebook, even can't share product cards in messenger anymore.

If i could rate this app 0 i would. Literally the most difficult app on here. I tried my best to give it a try. Im completely drained over this app. Support is absolutely no help either. I do not recommend.
