Shop hasn't been working for 6 weeks, now it's black friday. No support. We give meta 500k a year in ads. Shameful.
absolute garbage system. does not sync or show any products between facebook and your store. impossible to setup, tells you all these existing errors but no way of resolving them. waste of time and money. dont bother, use a different store and advertising system.
While both platforms are valuable, Facebook excels in community-building and storytelling, whereas Instagram focuses on visual appeal and influencer-driven marketing. For SIANA AVENUE, leveraging both platforms with a tailored approach—Facebook for storytelling and targeted ads, and Instagram for brand aesthetic and influencer partnerships—could create a well-rounded social media strategy.
I have uploaded our business tax forms several times and this app will not let me link. I give up.
Been greate and we are still waiting for a review but the service and the easy step to step guide is just wonderful!
"Setting up my store wasn’t without its challenges. From choosing the right designs to testing different layouts, every step taught me something new. But it’s all part of the journey, and I’m so proud of how everything is coming together!
Ive really been a facebook advocate until this weeks struggle . After having my ad account disabled, the Facebook team did nothing to help resolve the issue but instead kept sending me automated messages that don't help a beginner understand where they went wrong and how they could change their practices to suit Facebook policies. I wish they could be more helpful and resolve the case without sending my business into the ground before it even has a chance to stand.
Our Instagram shop can't accept any orders. Customers have called us and sent us screenshots of in-system cancelled order. They can only purchase by going straight to Shopify which makes it pointless for us to have Instagram at this point. Can't run ads because the purchases are cancelled if purchased.
It's very important to connect your shopify store to your Facebook and Instagram accounts
It’s ok. Most of my frustrations are on the Meta business suite and the ever changing way that it works. The shopify side of things is pretty stable.
