This is a very useful app, which I have been using for about a month now. I have been very happy with it, but encountered a problem with Google disapproving some of my products. In desperation I contacted the Feed for Google Shopping Help Desk and they were able to sort out my (self-induced) problem very quickly. I was delighted with the polite, friendly and speedy response, on a Sunday no less. The problem was not to do with their app, either, but they very helpfully jumped in and told me where I was making mistakes.

This application is amazing. It is 100000x better than the normal google shopping application. It has helped me extremely. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.
The support was very good. I have issues with my merchant center and they gave me good suggestions. The shopping feed also works well, but make sure there are no subscription issues otherwise your feed will get disabled and all your campaigns stopped.
This app is excellent, very user-friendly, you can set your Google Shopping Feed in a snap, even if you are a beginner, and with so many options, such as choosing only one collection for Google Shopping, and many others, it just simplify the process and the result is flawless.
What can I say about support, they go above and beyond with customer service, they answer you super fast, and if they will not let you down until the problem is solved, giving you complete support even if the issue with the feed is not directly related to the app!
With this level of perfection in the product features and customer support, I can confidently say this app and the similar one for MSN/Bing ads by Simprosys are the best choice you can make for your website,
