yes its good but most of the time its create problem in mobile app. there always a 404 error come. otherwise a good app to remain in contact with customers.
easy to use and secure
very easy and convenient to use! I am not a computer genius, I am a self taught Gen Xer. You can answer messages on your shop dashboard or link your store to the shopify inbox app and answer on your phone anytime anywhere.
It makes it easier for me to reply to emails concerning my store as quickly as possible.
