It is a very reliable app.
This is a life saver! My mom has been in the hospital the past few days and she was the only person on my mind, plus I work full time. During this time I didn't notice that I had a message from someone, this service saved me. It answered what it could for me.
I am now back and able to keep up with my messages, but I could not live without Shopify Inbox, it is a must have!!
Not being able to hit return whilst replying is a real issue. So painful!
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We just wanted to share that you should be able to change this setting in the app. Under Settings > Message preferences we have an option to make it so that hitting Return will create a new line rather than send the message. This app is a boon to non-programmers, particularly with the AI supplemented Help Centre. It seems to handle most product sale situations and provides prompts and assistance with marketing.
It sure beats the hell out of other non-programmer type software that is not specifically built for sales.
It works well and allows your actual email address to be hidden.
Do what it should do for free, after a week-end 5 chat opened, a sale that won't happend without it, occured. Good job. Even If I will probably move for something with more features it's the best app to start open chat on your store.
It works. It's nice to have the mobile app too so I can respond to customers during precious family time, like Christmas morning. lol. Seriously though, I do like getting back to customers in a timely manner so I don't lose the sale, and Inbox works seamlessly.
