App works great and exactly as expected. If there was a little more customization and an "I'm away" type feature that could be toggled on/off, it'd be perfect. With that said, for the price, it totally meets our needs!

I use this app to get messages from customers on Facebook, and Instagram on Shopify. I also get messages from new customers who visit my store. Notifications are usually sent to my email address a receive a desktop notification. It is awesome!

Fun Fast & Friendly App Service! The mobile app is better than the desktop version. I believe the desktop should mirror the mobile app. I work from desktop most of the time.
