Eleanor helped me with getting all my products shipped and paid for as well as showing me how to find the original vendor of my supplies by going to your "Live Products" list on Spocket and clicking on "View Product" it allows us to see the original vendor. I feel great after they help me fix my issues.

There are other options for dropshipping, but Spocket has engaging inventory and reliable suppliers. It has been a pleasure to this point and I don't see why it should change anytime soon.

I have received the worst customer support that I have ever received from any company that I have ever dealt with. I ordered one product from them. I paid for the product and the shipping. I contact the support team on the chat multiple times. I actually received a fraudulent email from them saying that my item had been shipped. On the chat they said that it wasn't shipped because I had exceeded the processing time. They said they would contact the supplier to resolve the situation. I have been at it for over a month now. What should have been resolved by a simple phone call or email isn't happening. They offered me a refund. I told them I didn't want a refund and that I wanted the item that I had purchased and paid the shipping for. The issue is still unresolved. I ask them to update me by email and I can't even get them to send me an email. I am beginning to think I might have been scammed. If no resolution is going to happen soon I will take it up with Shopify. I am seriously considering going with another company. I am actually happy that I haven't received any other orders. I can't imagine the flood of emails that I would be receiving from customers demanding service or refunds. Spocket does not care about their customers. They just give you the run around I guess hoping that I will give up. I will not. I want the item that I purchased.

I absolutely love Spocket! The integration process is smooth, and the interface is exceptionally clean and user-friendly. The notifications about products going out of stock are incredibly helpful.

Spocket is a good application that significantly simplifies the process of adding products to a store. While there are some minor issues, particularly concerning the integration with products from AliExpress, these are primarily due to the Aliscraper app, not Spocket itself. Any questions or problems I've had were always resolved within a few days by Spocket's supportive and responsive team. Their customer service is commendable and greatly enhances the overall user experience.

Spocket is a solid dropshipping platform, especially for sourcing from US and European suppliers. Its clean interface and seamless Shopify integration make importing products easy. I have deleted my original review as I was experiencing several issues.
Spocket leadership became aware of my concerns and arranged a zoom call which included two of their leadership members.
They were understanding and pledged to fix the issues I brought up. Like all companies they want their customers to be happy so I appreciated the time they gave me today. It was a positive dialog and they were open to my suggestions to help Spocket rate very high with all of us who use their platform to drop-ship products.
Some of the negative comments drop-ship platforms receive are really the fault of the suppliers who sell their products through these platforms. I sincerely believe Spocket's supplier team will continually work on weeding out the suppliers who are slow to ship or do not ship at all.
Best suggestion I can give, if you use Spocket, let the customer service person know, through their chat, which suppliers are poor to work with. More than anyone, Spocket wants all of the suppliers to keep those who use their platform to be treated professionally so our store reputations can remain strong.
