Spocket founder & Ceo, Saba, John, Customer Support Specialist, Eleanor, and many others, i have sent you all emails saying to cancel my subscription back in June 2025 yet you have refused to adhere to my request. I asked for the cancellation to be done on a website that is no longer available. Cancel this subscription.
I received 7 orders from your supplier that was never delivered to my customers. Yet the supplier remained on your platform despite my request to see if they would deliver. Please please cancel the subscriptions. Can or will honor a person request. I already did all steps to cancel this subscription. I do not know how you continue to take funds from my bank account. rating Zero.

Je déconseille fortement cette application à tout e-commerçant sérieux.
Deux commandes (18 et 19 septembre) sont restées bloquées “en traitement” pendant plus de 3 semaines, sans aucune expédition, ni nouvelle du fournisseur.
Malgré mes relances répétées, le support m’a seulement demandé de “patienter 24-48h” encore et encore… jusqu’à ce que je sois obligé de rembourser mes propres clients.
Un mois plus tard, je n’ai toujours pas reçu le remboursement d’une des deux commandes.
Spocket promet un traitement en 2-3 jours et un envoi sous 5 jours — c’est totalement faux.
Leur système est lent, opaque, et aucune responsabilité n’est prise du côté des fournisseurs.
Résultat : perte financière, perte de crédibilité auprès de mes clients et perte de temps.

downloaded app 10/20/25 did not use app, items were hard to find and not easy to drop, charged 54.99 on 11/9/25, unaware, once i became aware of charges deleted app on 11.26.25, was charged again 11.28.25 another $54.99. attempted to reach out using 24/7 chat on spocket website, waited 45 mins for response, no agent ever attempted to assist

Spocket subscriptions begin after the trial period unless canceled beforehand, which is likely why the charges occurred. Simply deleting the app does not automatically cancel the subscription, as it needs to be canceled directly from the account settings.
That said, we’re concerned to hear about the difficulty you had reaching our support team. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I am really Pissed off I was billed when I should not have been billed, I should have been billed the 25 of Sept because of a technical difficulty on your end. Now another problem.....I signed up for PRO which means I am allowed to upload 250 products to my store. I have up loaded 59 products and now you are telling me I have to upgrade to add more.

As for your product uploads, it sounds like there may have been a technical issue with your PRO plan. You should absolutely be able to upload up to 250 products. We’d like to look into why your current limit is being restricted and get this fixed so you can continue adding your products without any extra charges.

You dont get this everywhere. You pay exactly how it says there . Other apps have for example 1$ item and says free shipping and after a purchase you trying to source it ,after that you receive like 10-20$ shipping fees . So i must say : this app is great !!!
