Incredible app, super easy set up and great UX. I've used Tidio at two companies I've worked at plus my own and it's the best app of its kind that I've tried. Their customer support is amazing too: big shout out to Mike for all his help!

I've been using the Tidio App for a few months. It's a quality, sophisticated Chat App with lots of customisable features. I upgraded to the Chat Bot plan, I was a little hesitant at $39 USD per month but decided to try it out. I didn't feel like it lead to any extra sales if anything it reduced sales. The Chat Bot is VERY ANNOYING and it interrupts / overrides me while I'm having conversations with customers and honestly it just feels like spam. I have since removed Tidio for a better App.

I had some issues with app, but Jakub from the support team solved this for me instantly. Type of service you wish to get from the app, once you have problems, their support team has the power to resolve it right away.

Very disappointing results and customer service with the premium options. I was charged 20 days before my normal renewal date. The customer service provided was very unprofessional. The chatbots act up and make customers go away instead of keeping them engaged. Tried contacting the customer service department multiple times to fix the issue, expectations were set but never delivered nor bothered to follow up. If you want to waste your time, your money get this one...

Tidio is great, easy to use and good customer service. I have been using it for 3 months and I'm responsible to say it's a great one.
