Growave is super helpful and adds so many amazing features to help bring in customers!
Tattu helped set up the app for me and she did an amazing job!
She finished the installation in record time and everything is working perfectly!

So far I've only added social login and wishlist to my website, but I will definitely add more features in the near future. Great app, great service and prompt replies. Everything works great and Kalys was incredibly helpful in getting the features positioned in the right places.

SocialShopWave have an impressive array of apps to engage your customers and help you grow your business. Even more valuable though is their approach to customer service. I have written to Eldar with a number of little requests and he and his team have been amazingly responsive! They even fixed several issues within a matter of hours. I’m still in the process of creating my online shop, so haven’t had a chance to test out the SocialShopWave apps on real users, but I’m confident they will be well received. And it’s great to feel that the developers have my back if I come across any problems, find any bugs, or have any feedback. Niiiice! :-)

You're going to love the customer service. Quick, smart, efficient, and helpful, always. And as someone who's worked in ecomm for years, using hundreds of apps across multiple stores in different industries, I'd say this... options are great, and features are fun, but what's really (REALLY) hard to find amongst all that stuff is real customer service. And from people who genuinely want to see you succeed. Not just people who copy/paste the same text their boss told them to say to every customer.

Ask yourself how often you've worked with people like that? Not a lot, right?

I love having this app available on my website! My customers actually use it! I love the customer service from Growave. They have helped me on several occasions. And they respond so quickly. No matter who you get, you’ll get amazing help.

We had a great experience with this app so far, helping us integrate a Rewards scheme, Instagram Shop, Social Login and a Reviews section. It was able to help us introduce a loyalty scheme, as well as replace at least three other apps doing the same job. The Growave team were exceptionally helpful with all my requests, and were more than happy to work with us to bring the app to exactly what our business required. We will be monitoring how the app performs, but so far we are very happy with this app and will be using it for the foreseeable future on our store.

This app is great in so many ways. But what I'm most satisfied with is the responsiveness of their customer support, I have had help from Tina and she has provided me with outstanding help and with a very quick response. I absolutely recommend!!
